The LG V20 is now official, is the first smartphone to ship with Android 7.0 Nougat, but it won’t be coming to the UK.

The LG V20 builds on the things that made the V10 such a good device, including the second display and high resolution 5.7-inch display. Unfortunately none of that really matters if you live in the UK since online retailer Clove are claiming that the device will not be coming to the UK. The LG V10 didn’t and the V20 it seems is no different.

We and many others were disappointed when the LG V10 did not come to the UK.  It was and still is an impressive handset and we hoped LG would change their minds with the new handset.

Sadly this is not to be the case. You will not be able to buy a UK spec LG V20.

Samsung Galaxy S8 could have edge-like curves

However, hope is not lost as Clove will be importing units from Europe to be used in the UK, and they’ll work just as good as if they were native UK units, be SIM free unlocked, and also a warranty.

At this time, we cannot confirm when we will have the stock or at what price, but rest assured, we will advise as soon as we can.
